Some of you might have heard about the investigation into allegations of dumping by Chinese hardwood plywood manufacturers. Plyboo bamboo became temporarily caught up in this investigation due to confusion over the definition of “hardwood” plywood. Plyboo bamboo plywood was later determined to be exempt from the scope of this investigation. And later the entire investigation was found to be baseless and was thrown out for lack of compelling evidence.

The storm has now passed and our Plyboo supply remains intact with no additional duties, tariffs or trade restrictions. And stocking levels to supply the market are stronger than ever.
